Group Class Information

Flat Group Fees

Our group classes are offered at a discounted flat group fee, rather than our regular per-person class rate. This allows your group to enjoy a private class together at a lower overall cost than booking the same number of participants individually.

There is no minimum number of participants. The flat group fee remains the same regardless of the number of participants, up to the maximum group size listed for each class.

The group fee remains the same whether your group has one participant or reaches the maximum number allowed for that particular class.

Group Size

  • Presentation Group Classes: Up to 15 participants
  • Hands-On Group Classes: Up to 12 participants

The group size limits allow us to provide a comfortable experience and, for hands-on classes, ensure everyone has the space and supplies needed to participate.

Booking & Payment

Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your class date.  We accept all major credit cards.

Your date is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Because each group class is scheduled specifically for your group, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are a retail nursery, and events have to be scheduled at times when we are not busy with customers.  Fridays and Saturdays are not usually available for group events.

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings are generally the best times for our group classes. Other days and times may be available depending on our schedule.  Because our group classes are held outdoors at Blackcreek, weather conditions can affect scheduling.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund.

If you need to change your date, you may request a reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled class are non-refundable. We will make every effort to accommodate a date change when possible.

Weather

If Blackcreek must cancel a class due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, you may choose a full refund or reschedule for another available date at no additional charge.
